Fee structure:

Full Listing providing a discount to our members:

As a part of your contribution to our Membership Platform “ Community Market” We will not charge you any fees for your listing. Below are some details about your involvment with the Girls Who Rome Platform.

Listing Inclusions:

Detailed business listing in our members portal.
Direct links to your online store, booking system or page for purchase.
1 x monthly post share to our story promoting your account, products, services, event.
Sharing of your reels, promotions, competitions, new releases & discounts - Please tag us so we can share for a more authentic reach.
Word of mouth referrals - We support your business as much as we can and encourage our members to buy from our internal “ Community Market”
An opportunity to bring in new clients, sales, guests.
Access to a wide range of influencers who we recommend to push your product even further. Send us samples of your products so we can test, and promote directly with familiar faces to our community ( Optional)

Cancelations:

There is no lock in contract for your listing, however should you wish to cancel it, you are required to provide 1 months notice.

Cancelation notices to hello@girlswhorome.com - Messages on social media or telephone will not be accepted.

Your Obligations:

Be apart of our growing community.
Actively post, tag us, mention us and speak to our audience on our socials.
Share our members portal link to encourage your readership to join.
Don’t provide your exclusive discount to anyone who is not yet a member. If they ask on social media, please direct them to join as a member or to use the portal to redeem their code. The link is below:

The above is not mandatory, but it is kind, we like kind. We are all about community here at the Community Market and thus your involvement is encouraged. The more members we have, the more reach we can provide you, it is in your best interest to help us spread the word.

Mandatory Requirement: You must keep the discount code you provided active until such as your listing is removed. Please remember that it will still need to be active in the time frame even if you decide to have your listing removed. We will send you an email when you listing has been archived and only then can you disconnect the discount code. We only archive listings, never delete, therefore should you wish to be included again in the future we can simply restore your listing. Otherwise a set up fee of $10.95 will be charged to you.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions:

As an active business listing in the Community Market Members Portal you acknowledge & accept all of the above terms & conditions. As this is electronic, you do not have to sign or send back to us. You acknowledge that by receiving this, you will adhere to the above terms and conditions. We will keep our sent email as record of your receiving them.
